Own a piece of
real property. From 1%.
The owner buys the house and keeps 51%. You co-own the rest by the percent, ride the appreciation pro rata, and cash out at exit or sell your stake when you want.
Real homes. Real addresses.
Four steps. No committees, no funds, no fine print games.
Owner buys
Bode purchases the home outright, keeps 51% and publishes the plan: what gets fixed, how long it is held, and the target exit.
You jump in
Pick a stake from 0.25% up to what is left of the 49%. Price is simple: purchase price times your percent. Pay by card in Stripe.
Property grows
Monthly valuation updates post to the deal page. Your stake is worth your percent of the current estimate, no fees in between.
Cash out at exit, or sell your stake
At sale or refinance you are paid pro rata. Want out earlier? List your stake at your price and let another investor buy all or part of it.
Want out before the exit? Name your price.
List any part of your stake on the resale market at whatever ask you like. Existing investors and new invitees see it next to the current fair value. They can take all of it or a slice.
The honest rule: if nobody buys, you keep holding and you still get paid pro rata at exit. There is no promise of liquidity, only a fair place to find a buyer.
Straight answers.
If it is not answered here, ask the owner directly from your invite thread.
Invited investors only. Before your first purchase you confirm you are an accredited investor and understand this is a private offering with no voting rights and no liquidity guarantee.
