RealShare is a private, invitation-only platform. Deals are offered to a limited group of investors known to the owner. Nothing on this site is a general solicitation or a public offering of securities.
Accredited investor acknowledgement
Before a first purchase every investor confirms they meet the accredited investor definition and understands the risks. The acknowledgement is stored with a timestamp on the investor profile.
No voting rights, no control
The owner retains at least 51% of every property and all decision-making authority. Investors hold an economic interest only. The published plan is the owner’s stated intent and may change if circumstances require.
No guarantee of liquidity
The resale market lets an investor list all or part of a stake at an asking price. There is no obligation on anyone to buy. If no buyer appears, the investor continues to hold until the property exits.
Returns are not guaranteed
Valuations shown are estimates from third-party data and owner records. Realized returns depend on the actual sale or refinance price, closing costs and timing. Past exits do not predict future results.
